Other than some scuffs and fine scratches on the very glossy parts of the main unit, this is in like new condition. It appears and smells very clean. It is a germ killing device so I would expect that. When turned on you can immediately smell the Ozone (very strong "static electricity" odor) even from a foot or two away so you know it is working. This does not say UV anywhere. I know some units are UV. This one has a blue light inside it that may or may not be UV. I know one method of generating Ozone involves UV-V.
This is not labeled RX only and it appears they can be purchased brand new straight from the manufacturer by anyone with PayPal or a credit or debit card, no medical information required.
